Wrexham Chauffeurs Ltd is owned by me, Geth Thomas.
After my time on the front line with North Wales Police, I started in the Private Hire industry in August 2012, working in town centre in a company car. I eventually progressed onto permanent night shifts, and moved into my own car.
I realised that there would always be a need for on-demand private hire, however I had an overwhelming desire to provide an unrivalled premium service. I followed my instincts and in 2019 my company, Wrexham Chauffeurs Ltd, was established.
RoSPA Advanced Driving is the highest civilian driving qualification in the UK, and is based on the Police Roadcraft book. I’m very proud to say that I passed at the Gold/Highest level, so I can look after my clients safely.
Guild of Professional Chauffeurs
I then wanted to demonstrate my chauffeur skills, and I’m proud to say that I’ve been assessed, and passed by the Guild of Professional Chauffeurs.
The time came to change the car – and I was offered an opportunity to work exclusively with corporate clients. Once I gained the experience and confidence (and licenses/insurance), I launched Wrexham Chauffeurs as my own company – and we went live on 19th June 2019.
I am a fluent Welsh speaker, I’m married, and we have 4 children – so our house is always a busy place, but through hard work, and a focus on targets – I am passionate about what I’ve built – and the reputation that Wrexham Chauffeurs enjoys.
