Will your car turn up? – Yes. Our system sends you a Booking Confirmation, and you’ll receive an SMS to confirm that your chauffeur is en-route. You can track your chauffeur, and you will be given their phone number.
If your journey was booked by someone else (e.g. a Personal Assistant/Booker), then the SMS/email can be sent to them as well as to the passenger, or instead of the passenger.
Each car is cleaned before each journey. Each chauffeur will be wearing a business suit, shirt and tie.
Please let us know if you have luggage – so we can offer you the most appropriate vehicle. Selecting a smaller vehicle based on price will not accommodate large luggage.
Bottled water is available in our cars. For newspapers, please ask us in advance.
The car will aim to be at the pickup point 10 minutes in advance.
We use What3Words to pinpoint the exact location (to within 3 meters) if there are any specific directions for the address. E.g. “please come to the annex”
Licensed and Insured
All our vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured and will have documents available to view.
Several of our chauffeurs have also gained membership of the prestigious Guild of Professional Chauffeurs.
Contact with your chauffeur
Once your Chauffeur is en-route, you can call them. You will receive updates with a photo of your chauffeur, the selected vehicle, and instructions on where to meet them at the airport.
The chauffeur will also have a phone number that will connect directly with you (using clever technology called masking – where we use a virtual number that diverts to your mobile phone, to keep your number private.)
